A letter

"There's a letter for you Miss Karsada." Sandy says.

"Oh... Thank you." That's odd. I wasn't expecting a letter, that's for sure. "Anything else?"

"Uh I don't think so."

Sandy's eyes dart to her computer screen.

"Nope. Just the usual."

"Alright. Thanks Sandy."

I take the letter and head off to start another day at work. The only difference is that someone's gone to the effort of writing a letter rather than type up a quick email.
