A human Chloe?

When you open the door to your apartment, you would expect Kim to be here with Chloe doing something to her. Instead, you get greeted by someone else.

"Hello, Logan" the person said

"Who are you?" you said

"Don't you recognize me"

By taking a second look at the woman in front of you, you notice a few things. She is quite curvy. Moreso than your girlfriend Kim even. But similar to Chloe in human shape. In fact, you also notice that her face look similar, she has green slime-colored hair and her mannerisms are much like her. By putting two and two together, you realize who this is.

"Chloe?"

"Now in flesh and bones."
