A heavy smoker

"Well..." Delia started, closing her eyes for a brief moment. Opening them back up, she had a pretty good idea of what she wanted.

"An old woman who's a heavy smoker."

The surgeon gave a nod. While he could've asked for reasons why or what the former mother had wanted done to her, he let those thoughts past.

Pulling down a mask of sorts, he lowered it to Delia's face.

"Take a big breath."

Delia complied, breathing a strange gas in.
