A handsome rescuer...

As you stand there shivering, trying to make sense of your current predicament, you suddenly spot a familiar figure approaching from afar. It's none other than Alric, the local blacksmith's apprentice whom you had helped in the past. He seems to be carrying something wrapped in cloth under his arm. When he sees you, his eyes widen in surprise, then soften with concern.

Alric quickly walks towards you, leaving behind a trail of sparks as if his footsteps were setting fire to the cobblestones. "Hildy?" he asks cautiously, unwrapping the cloth to reveal a set of sturdy leather breeches and a thick woolen tunic. "I heard what happened at the inn. Come, put these on."

As you struggle into the borrowed clothing, Alric's gaze never strays far from yours. There's a warmth in his eyes that seems to radiate through your chilled bones. "Don't worry," he reassures you softly. "We'll find a way to fix this mess together."

With newfound hope, you follow Alric through the empty streets of Olinsford. You seem to remember the girl Hildy talking about living with her aunt and cousin near the Blacksmith shop. Perhaps they could offer some assistance? You stagger along trying to make sense of your changed circumstance, realizing that while Hildy might be a female she was far from frail having worked hard her whole life. "So have you heard where my body… Errr where the Wolf killer has gone?"

Alric frowned as he looked at her sharp, you can tell that he is very angry at you… or your former body at any rate. "That cowardly arse… ran off. Best you forget about him Hildy, he'll not be coming back here I'd wager. Now I know you've been talking about getting out of this village for years, but the roads just aren't safe. Especial for a young girl like you all alone… that bastard so called hero was gentle only compared to bandits or monster!" His voice drops to a whisper, as he glance around as if fearing the devil. "And the beast is still about, that so called hero didn't do a thing about that. No Hildy its best that you stay here were its safe, you know I'd still marry ya… even if you've been… soiled by that Raul bastard."

Feeling a surge of gratitude for Alric's kindness, you squeeze his hand gently. Despite everything, you know that staying alive and finding a way back to your original form should be your top priority right now. And maybe, just maybe, things won't be so bleak forever.

"What have you done!" The gossip it seems had reach your aunt, as she came rushing down the street screaming at the top of her lungs. "Disgraced our whole family... by slutting yourself to some visiting stranger at the Inn. I knew it was a mistake to ever let you work there." Behind her your smirking teenage cousin stood there grinning the fat pig face asshole leering at you with obvious nasty thoughts.
