Does anyone help?
A familiar face
"Excuse me" a voice came from nowhere. "Is this seat taken?" Nancy looked up to see an older man, she guessed to be in his early 70's. "Can't be dealing with that hill" he said with a grin. Quickly, the older man's face turned to a frown. "You remind me of someone" he stated. "I'm Mike" he said "Nancy", the young woman replied. "I once had a friend called Nancy, but she went missing a long time ago". A look of sadness covered the older man's face. "You actually look a lot like her" he continued. He looked Nancy up and down, from her long, flowing blonde hair, down to her flawless long legs.
Nancy began to tear up as she realised that the old man she was sitting next to had once been one of her best friends. They had shared many good times together as well as more than a few nights. "Mike, it's me" She said, with tears in her eyes. The older man looked at her with confusion. "I don't know why or how it happened but somehow, I was in 1969 one moment and now I'm here". Mike stood up, looking angry. "Right, that's enough", he shouted. "What do you think you're playing at, making fun of someone like that"." Where are your parents?" he demanded. "I live at 26, Miller's Close" Nancy managed through the tears.
The old man went pale. "That's not possible" he said, for Nancy had given her correct address, something only she could have known. "I went looking for my house, but it's gone". Mike simply took a deep breath. "Come with me" he ordered.
