Chapter 7 by GenericEditor168 GenericEditor168

What scenario does Josh create?

A fairly vanilla one

For the setting, Josh decided on somewhere that Shen would feel quite at home with. A few hand gestures landscaped the basic terrain to form a mountain valley; a few dials turned made it a pleasant late spring evening. Then he dragged and dropped in a two-story house, quite expansive and comfortable but not particularly luxurious, in somewhat Chinese style, into the valley; followed by setting up a wall towards the valley mouth and telling the simulation to fill the space around the house with a garden. For Shen's personality, Josh decided to tone down his more murderous and insane aspects, but otherwise leave him as he appeared in the film.

It had only taken about a minute or so of design, but Josh was still pleased with it as he gestured for the scenario to begin...

He's sitting in a stuffed chair. Shen, in a plain white robe, is sitting opposite him. Between them is a wooden table, polished surface holding both an etched depiction of village life and a pot of tea with two porcelain cups, and to one side is a crackling fireplace.

Shen sits up suddenly, glancing around before his eyes focus in on Josh. "What am I doing here?" He asks in a demanding tone.

What does Josh reply with?
