A discussion on what's to come.

"Hi, and you are...?" Lexie asks as she reaches out to shake Hawk's hand.

"Name is Hawk, miss." he palms her hand and brings it up to his lips, giving it a kiss. "Pleasure to meet you."

"Aahh, Hawk, nice to finally put a face to the name. Either way, a friend of Darien is a friend of mine." she smiles at the marksmen.

It makes you cringe when you hear that, not only is he turning his charm up on Lexie, her saying they were friends.

Lexie offers both you and Hawk the chairs while she sits down on her bed, Ashe eventually walks in the room last, keeping a weary eye on you as she walks over to Lexie and has a seat next to her.

"Sooo..." Lexie turns her face towards you, looking happy "I just told Ashe about our..."

Ashe cuts Lexie off "Worry about that later" she shushes Lexie causing her to rise an eyebrow at her fellow High Commander "Why are both of you here? What's up?"

"Well, my love." Hawk begins "Orders from the king, I shall leave tomorrow with a small group of scouts to venture south towards Rathkin. I had to discuss these options with Darien over here and then..." he hesitates a moment "Well, and then you came up." his eyes stay glued to Ashe's.

"Uhh...Oh?" she says confusingly.

"Yeah, Ashe." you grin at her "Hawk is leaving tomorrow to ride south and was curious about you. I told him ALLLLLLL about you. I also let him know I could set you two up...ya know, the last night he's here, show him a good time."

Lexie just smiles, she thinks it's a great idea but Ashe knows you're up to something. She knows you hate Hawk with a passion and she can smell the bullshit in the air. "Is that so..." she let's out.

"Yeah, I just figured...my two beautiful high commanders would love to hang out with Hawk and I on his last night here at the Syndicate. Talk, catch up, have a few..." you look at Lexie briefly "drinks..." raising your eyebrow at her "And then see where the night brings us..."

"I'd love too!" Lexie happily shouts "I'm feeling so much better after my nap earlier. Plus, Ashe has told me a little bit about you, Hawk."

"Oh has she?" Hawk's face lights up "All the wonderful things I hope." he beams his smile at Lexie, still buttering her up.

You basically clenched your teeth in your mouth, biting your tongue for the time being "Sooo, Hawk, I need to speak with my High Commanders, discuss the plan, especially with you leaving tomorrow and what our situation is. Care to give us some time? We'll meet you in say...one hour?"

"Thank you, Darien!" He says as he stands up, offering to shake your hand which you finally do. He then walks over to Lexie, who stands up to say her goodbyes and instead Hawk gives her a kiss on both cheeks "Pleasure to meet you, Lexie. Strong and beautiful."

A light red tone goes flush over Lexie's face as she smiles back at Hawk "Nice to meet you too, Hawk."

"And Ashe..." he grabs her hand once more, bringing it to his mouth and giving it a kiss "Til later."

Ashe once again just seems like putty in his hands.

With that, Hawk leaves Lexie's room, closing the door behind him.
