A discussion between friends

Brandon and Zack sat on a bench on the cabin porch together. Dinner was still a couple hours off and the girls were inside planning some sort of dance party for the evening. Gavin had been roped in to arranging the music on his computer, but the other two boys were safe to relax for now.

Zack took a sip from his beer and figured now was as good as a time as any to warn Brandon about Heather. “So…I noticed you and Heather were getting pretty close during the dishes this afternoon.”

Brandon blushed. “Yeah…she was getting pretty flirty. Not really sure where that came from.”

“Heather’s been…going through some changes these last couple days.” Zack was trying to figure out how to word his concern.

“Tell me about,” Brandon sipped his own beer. “Ashley came out screaming at us and I thought she was going to get into a fight but the next thing I know, we’re having a threesome and she’s ordering Heather around like a toy.” Zack’s mouth fell open and he blinked at his friend. Brandon realized what he’d said and then quickly tried to cover. “But…uh…you probably shouldn’t tell anyone I told you that. I like Heather and I don’t want her thinking I’m spreading rumors about her.”

Zack looked away from Brandon and took a long drink. “I hooked up with her too.”

“DUDE!” Brandon punched Zack in the shoulder. “When?”

“This morning before we came to get you guys.” Zack saw Brandon was smiling approvingly and relaxed. “And you’re on to something with Ashley’s ordering. I’m pretty sure Heather likes to be dominated.”

“This is such a crazy weekend,” Brandon shook his head. “Like…really crazy. Does Chloe know?”

It was Zack’s turn to blush. “Yeah. She kinda pushed me into it. We’ve…we’ve got a weird relationship.”

“And she’s okay with it?” Brandon was shocked. “Ashley seems okay with threesomes, but after the way she acted at lunch I’m pretty sure she’d kill me if I hooked up with someone without her.”

“Well, Chloe and I have an honesty policy,” Zack explained. “If either of us does something, we tell the other later. I wasn’t sure about it at first, but it’s…it’s actually pretty hot telling each other about our sexual activities while we have sex.”

Brandon went to sip his beer and realized it was empty. “Man, and I thought I was crazy for hooking up with Madison…uh…I mean…” he looked at Zack’s shocked face.

Zack quickly smiled. “Your own sister huh?” He nudged Brandon. “Want to know my secret? I hooked up with my mom.”

Brandon was glad his beer was empty. He was pretty sure he’d have spit it out at that news. “For real? Your mom is pretty hot. I’d do her, but uh, don’t tell Ashley.”

“Don’t tell Ashley what?” The boys turned to see Ashley coming out the door holding a couple more beers.

“Don’t tell you that uh…” Brandon stammered.

“That you’re an amazing girlfriend,” Zack offered and took one of the beers Ashley was holding. “He doesn’t want it going to your head.”

Ashley narrowed her eyes at the two boys. “I’m sure.” She sat down on Brandon’s lap and swung her feet up to place them in Zack’s. “So what are you two planning out here?”

Zack laughed. “We’re the opposite of planning.”

Brandon seized on the change in topic. “Yeah. We were staying out here because we figured if we went inside we’d get roped into helping you like poor Gavin.”

Ashley made a tut sound. “All Gavin is having to do is make a playlist on his computer. It’s soooo taxing.”

Brandon was about to reply when Kurt pulled up and people started piling out of the car. Zack was the first to notice that they had an addition to their numbers and he felt his stomach twist. “Uh oh.”

Brandon looked and noted Lisa pulling a suitcase out of the trunk. “Where the hell did they find Lisa?”

Kurt was coming up the steps and heard the question. “I never ask questions when a pretty girl asks to join me.”

Madison poked him in the back. “We went to the wrong cabin at first, but Lisa was there with her folks. I rescued her from boredom by inviting her to hang with us.” She looked to Zack. “I did warn her you were with Chloe.”

Kurt and Madison entered the cabin. Meagan was next up the steps with her luggage and she rushed through without saying much. Lisa came last pulling her own suitcase. Against his better judgement, Zack got up and moved to take it from her.

“Thanks, Zack,” Lisa smiled. “Glad to see you can still be a gentleman.”

“Yeah,” Zack nodded, wondering if helping her was a mistake. “Did Madison tell you where you’d be sleeping?” Lisa shook her head no and followed Zack into the cabin. Inside, they found Madison discussing the same topic with Heather.

“I guess she can stay in our room,” Heather tapped a finger to her chin, “but Zack will need to go find a cot in the utility shed.”

“Hey,” Kurt looked up from pulling a drink out of the fridge. “How come I couldn’t get a cot?”

Heather frowned at her cousin. “Because I wasn’t going to make Madison share a room with you.”

Chloe heard the arguing and came over. She noted Zack holding Lisa’s suitcase and gave him a questioning glance. He blushed and passed the suitcase back to Lisa. “I’ll go see if I can find that cot.”

Zack quickly headed out of the cabin, but Chloe followed him. “Doing favors for you ex?” Zack started to stammer out a response before he noticed Chloe’s smirk. “I’m just teasing you. Still…it did look like she was giving you the eye.”

“The eye?” Zack opened the utility shed and started looking for the cot.

“The ‘I want you’ eye,” Chloe helped him tug the cot out of a corner of shed. There were actually a couple of them folded up in there.

“Well that ship has sailed,” Zack couldn’t tell if Chloe was worried or not, but he decided to make it clear she shouldn’t be. “I’m with you now.”

“And Heather, and your mom, and Ashley, and Heather’s aunt,” Chloe counted off her fingers with each name. Zack opened his mouth to argue but Chloe just laughed. “I know what you meant. I just enjoy teasing you. Still, I might have to be a little extra clingy so Lisa knows who you belong to.”

“If you want to mark your territory, you can always just pee on me.” Zack tried to joke.

Chloe’s eyes went wide. “I didn’t think you were into golden showers, Bishop. That’s a little disturbing.”

“That totally wasn’t what I meant,” Zack held up his hands in defense.

Chloe laughed. “I know. And you should know you can’t out tease me.”

Zack sighed and shook his head. The two of them headed back inside with the cot.
