A close friend

Beatrix looked out over the town. It scrawled out around the tower. A good hundred yards that separated the tower and the nearest home.

Home was a loose term it was more of a well built shack then anything.

Crossing the distance rather quickly, Beatrix made for the main road of town. Most of the town branched off of it.

Nearing the road she could spy other goblins laying around. They were they to "guard" the road to the tower. though most used it as an excuse to play around.

Some of them were gambling or eat but most wear chatting and ignoring the road to the tower. They faced towards the main road sitting on the ground or make shift chairs, some actually did have some chairs.

Coming close to the road one of the goblins finally noticed her. He glanced her way then away. He had to do a double take in surprise. With a quick slap to one next to he pointed towards Beatrix. A quick secession of slaps, nudges and pointing ensued till every one of the other goblins had took note.

Whispers and and low conversation followed her as she walked by. She gave a wide grin as beatrix's face heated up in excitement. She usually tried avoid any attention to her but she need for them to see her like this. They need to think she was claimed by the master.

Beatrix quickly increased her speed. She wanted to let them continue to look at her but she wanted to make more potions. That thought excited her more then other looking at her.

Beatrix made her way towards market. She had a friend she wanted to visit.
