A Week Passes and no word from Akina

The situation in Luxem plagues your thoughts. You keep wondering what's going on and whether or not Akina was going to come and explain what's going on. However, as the days pass it becomes more clear that you might have to be the one to track her down for answers. You have to ask several people, but eventually, you find the location of her room. Unlike the rest of your advisors, you learn that her room is down near the servants' quarters and in one of the least extravagant parts of the castle. It is odd that she would choose someplace down there rather than one of the nicer rooms that her station would suggest.

On your way to her room, you walk past several members of the kitchen and cleaning staff who are all startled to see you in this part of the castle. You've never been in this part of the castle, but you know that all of the servants live down in this wing. Including your maid Sarah. Even knowing that Akina lives down here somewhere, it still takes you nearly an hour to find her room. At least, you think it's her room. It looks like any other servant's door and doesn't have any special nameplate or embellishment. The only thing that gives it away is another catfolk you don't recognize standing in a corner at the end of the hall. She has black hair and is wearing a set of dark leather armor that blends in with the background. She's quite short and stands head and shoulders shorter than you and a short knife strapped to her waist. A pair of deep blue eyes stare at the door you believe is Akina's.

You walk to the door and go to knock on it and the catfolk at the end of the hall stop you, "Ah...Your Majesty. I'm sorry. If you want to speak with Master Akina she's...occupied right now." She approaches you but doesn't make a move to directly impede you. This close to the door, you can hear quiet panting coming from behind it.

"I'm pretty sure that I can meet with my advisors whenever I want. She can make time for me." You frown at her attempt to stop you.

"Of course, you can visit her, but I don't know if she would appreciate it." she squirms and puts her arms behind her back, "She's in the middle of some pretty vigorous training and gave me some pretty strict instruction to not bother her unless she called."

"Well, I'm sure that she won't mind the break from training." You reach for the door handle.

The dark-haired catfolk gasps, "Ah! Uh...She trains in the...nude and I don't know if she would appreciate it if you were to barge in on her." A slightly sultry look crosses her face and she takes another step towards you. Her black tail swished back and forth behind her. "Look, if you want, Your Majesty. I'm sure we can go find something to occupy ourselves until she's done. "

Based on the sound of panting coming from the door and the fact that Akina "trains" nude. You wondered if she was actually training, or if she was actually in the midst of some "sexual training" so to speak. Although it did make you curious about who she was having sex with. The catfolk next to you isn't trying to stop you, but you are a little surprised at how quickly she offered up her body to protect Akina. Her loyalty to her master is admirable. There was part of you that didn't want her to get in trouble, but this would be a great chance to see Akina naked, maybe learn some of her secrets, and you wanted to speak with her about Luxem as well...
