Panam dropped Ethan and Rebecca at her apartment and as soon as he reached the front door, he kicked it down.

"WHAT THE FUCK!?" Rebecca's brother shouted.

"Don't worry, I didn't break it." Ethan rolled his eyes and walked inside with Rebecca in his arms.

"Whoa! What happened to her?" Pilar asked Ethan.

"Taken by Arasaka, but I dealt with it." Ethan placed her on her bed and kissed her forehead making her smile in her sleep.

"Man she's really out of it..." Pilar mumbled.

"Tell her to lay low for now." Ethan said, his phone started to ring.

"Hello?" Ethan walked out and put his phone against his ear.

"Umm Ethan we might have a small problem... Need you here now!" Ruby spoke through the phone, her tone filled with urgency.

Ethan frowned and sped to the dimensional door and ran through, heading back to the world of idols.

"I'm here what... Happened..." Ethan stopped as he saw what exactly happened.

Kana and Minami were standing in shock as they stared at Ai and Ei both eating dango on the couch.

Ruby and Aqua were trying to abstract their view with Miyako having her palm on her face.

"... Ai... Ei.." Ethan spoke making the two look at him. "Why are you both here?"

"I made dango and wanted to share it with my kids and I wanted Ei to meet Aqua." Ai spoke a bit nervously.

"... And you didn't think of calling ahead?" Ethan crossed his arms.

"That's... Really Ai!" Kana muttered in shock.

Ethan groaned. "Listen, you girls can't tell anyone about what you saw." Ethan told them.

"But how is she alive!?" Minami asked before she looked at Ai then the siblings. "... Wait... You're her kids..." Minami put the pieces together.

Kana's jaw dropped and she rubbed her eyes.

"... If you promise not to tell, I'll explain." Ethan groaned.

"This is such a mess..." Miyako sighed and then took notice of his attire. "... What are you wearing?"

Ethan looked at her then down. "Oh I forgot to change our of my suit."

"You were sleeping?" Aqua asked frowning.

"It's not a onesie." Ethan knocked on his chest, a clank sounded from it.

"... Is that a real Spider-Man suit?!" Ruby exclaimed in shock.

"Yes, I was in Night City resolving some stuff before you called." Ethan sighed and looked at the two girls. "Okay, Ai faked her **** to be a more prominent mother to Ruby and Aqua." Ethan lied.

"... That's a lie." Kana scowled and crossed her arms.

"The truth is more confusing, please trust me..." Ruby begged.

"Aqua! Why don't you bond with auntie Ei!" Ai waved Aqua over.

Ei's expression was blank but she felt warm inside about being an aunt...

Kana glared at Ethan. "What's the truth?"

"... I'm a multiverse traveler who's just looking to have fun." Ethan outright said it.

The two girls looked at Ethan for a moment before Kana huffed. "No need to be so difficult about it!"

Ethan chuckled at that.
