A Silent Escape

You slowly slink away from the wolves, you're thankful when they break out in a chorus of howling that masks any noise you might make. When the greenhouse door shuts behind you relief washes over you, making you slide down the door onto the floor with a sigh.

"What the fuck was that?"

"Proof your brother is right about the house. Come on, we should keep moving in case one of those things shows up." You grab Allegra's hand as she offers it and she pulls you up on your feet. With the feelings of dread and panic draining from you somewhat you look around the greenhouse. The plants within are strange looking, not to mention large. Large parts of the room are choked out by roots or vines, with vibrant flowers and pods sprouting from them.

"Hey, these are really pretty!" Jenny says as she looks at some of the flowers then turns to look at you. "Oh...not the right time huh."

You continue deeper into the greenhouse, the plants growing larger and larger as you do. Eventually it all leads to one giant plant.
