A Shopping Trip

We left the key at the front desk and left the inn.

First we decided to buy all the provisions we would need for our first dungeon run. Roxane told me that she knew a shop. She led the front while I followed her.

I couldn’t help but notice Roxane’s ass sway back and forth as she walked. I asked her if she always walked like that. She said that she did since she was young. Her mother taught her how to do it so that people would pay attention to her. It worked, I certainly noticed.

As we walked through the city, several men and even a few women stopped to watch us pass. I could see some of them ogle Roxane. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I didn’t want anyone else looking at my girl. But then again, I couldn’t really complain. I was the one that wanted her to wear such revealing clothes. Maybe I should get something more modest? No, she looked too good in this dress. I felt bad for all those guys that would never be able to have her.

“This is where we’re going.” Roxane said as we reached the store. “Let’s go in.”

“Okay,” I nodded.

It was a small shop with all kinds of supplies hanging up or laying on shelves. It reminded me of an old general store. An old man stood behind the counter. He looked at us and smiled. “Hello there! Welcome to my humble establishment. What can I get you two?”

“We’re here to buy some things for our first dungeon run,” Roxane explained. “We need enough food for two days, two waterskins, two torches, a bedroll, rope, a map of the nearest dungeon, a compass, and a whetstone.”

“Very well,” he nodded. “That will be 25 gold pieces total.”

I handed over the money and he gave me the items. “Here you are. You should be set now. Be careful out there!”

“Thanks,” I nodded. We left the store and headed out of town.

“So, what’s the dungeon we’re going to?” I asked Roxane.

She pointed ahead of us. “There’s a cave just outside of town. That’s where the goblins live.”

“Goblins? Are they dangerous?” I asked.

“Not really. Goblins aren’t much stronger than humans. They only pose a threat because they attack in packs,” she explained.
