Not Long After
A Rude Awakening
*WARNING - THREAT DETECTED ACTIVATING STIMULATE MEMORIES* A sudden booming voice rang out in John’s head followed by a flood of nightmares jolting John awake. John woke up suddenly very disoriented and looked around trying to understand what was going on. John was met with an unbelievable sight numerous goblins had him surrounded. The sun still hadn’t risen but John wasn’t worried about that. He couldn’t believe there were live goblins something he only knew from games right in front of him. He truly wasn’t dreaming he was definitely in another world.
The goblins slowly closed in drawing nearer and nearer while John’s bewilderment and fear grew with each passing moment. Suddenly one of the goblins threw a knife which luckily only slightly cut part of John’s cheek as it flew past. Then a blaring signal rang out within John’s head.
*THREAT DETECTED SEARCHING FOR IMPORTANT DATA~COMBAT DATA FOUND COPYING AND ERASING FROM COMBATANTS .”
Suddenly the goblins all stopped while dropping their weapons and walking back into the forest. John was amazed and unsure of what had happened.
*THREAT NEUTRALISED IMPORTING INFORMATION TO HOST…”
John quickly grabbed his head as he felt new memories/skills flood into his brain. Then John felt light headed and crashed onto his back.
