A New Member

I wake up and feel Asami, Luna, and Innu still against me. I open my eyes and find them all awake.

"Good morning Alpha!" Luna says a little too loudly.

"Morning girls." I reply and give them each a kiss. We get up and get dressed.

"I'm going to start breakfast, any preferences?" Asami asks.

"Bacon!" Innu says and Asami smiles and nods. She dissapears and I tell the other two I'm going to go shower. As I'm turning the water on I remember my Hydra Spellbook. I take it out and read it. As I hoped, I'm able to read and learn the book's magic, despite not being a Hydra. I hop in the shower and open my notifications.

New Daily Quest: God Killer

Slay a God or Goddess, that's it. Rewards: +15 To all Stats.

New Daily Quest: Craftsman

Use your Blacksmith or Craft skills to make an item or weapon and sell it on the L-Market. Rewards: Double the amount of money you sold it for. Time Limit: 24 Hours.

New Skill: Hydra Lvl 1

Hydra allows you to summon three Hydra heads. Each of the heads will have a neck that can grow to about 10 feet. The necks will all connect to a small orb above your head, hands, or wand. The Hydra heads can be used to do anything you want. Summoning the heads will consume 150 MP. They can bite down on your enemies, consuming no additional MP. They can charge a shot of Pure Elemental damage that will deal (INT × 10) damage for an additional 200 MP. Or they could be used to block attacks, draining from their own separate HP. Their max HP is determined by (END × 1.5). Should the heads be slain you will be unable to use the skill for 48 hours.

Annihilation Wings Lvl 3

Your Annihilation Wings are slightly bigger and are more flexible, allowing you to wrap them around yourself entirely.

Draconic Ice Lvl 3

Draconic Ice now deals your Intelligence × 2 as damage

Mana Sheild Lvl 2

Mana Sheild now has 35% of your Intelligence as health.

Damn, one level short of being able to do my Katanas full damage. I think before getting out of the shower. I get dressed and enter my Domain. I see Asami and the others at the table. Asami and Luna are walking around it and setting down plates and silverware. Afterwards, we all sit down and eat, with Innu mostly eating only bacon. After we eat and put the dishes up I sit on the couch.

"When are we looking at the places?" Asami asks me.

"I'd like to now, but Liz said she wa..." I start but get cut off when Liz appears. "Speak of the Devil." I say to myself.

"Were you talking about me?" Liz asks in a taunting manner.

"Good morning Liz, I wasn't aware you were one of Eric's Citizens." Asami says while looking at me suspiciously.

"Eric! Why did you not tell them?" Liz asks me, faking her worry.

"I didn't want to ruin whatever surprise you had." I say seriously and she looks at me a little confused.

"Wait, really?" She asks and I nod. "Thank you, but they need to know for the surprise." She says with a giggle. Fortunately, since she had already talked to them about becoming my girlfriend as well, the others weren't surprised or all that shocked to hear. Except for Ramia, who wasn't informed beforehand. We all sit back down at the table and I turn to Liz.

"So what's your Surprise?" I ask and she turns to me with a smile.

"I've quit my job!" She says with a smile.

"What!?" I ask in shock and surprise making her smile and laugh.

"Well, do you know what job I had?" She asks.

"No, I know it was with the government though. And that you were working with the other two guilds to help with the Katorg case."

"Correct! My job was just being a Sensor. They'd have me look at or examine certain items or people. Sometimes they'd send me out to help guilds with small projects but this is the first case I've been on. Anyway, I quit it because part of being employed by the government was that I couldn't join a guild."

"So you quit your job to join a guild?" Luna asks her and Liz smiles.

"Yep, I'm joining the Steele Wolves!" She cheers and I sigh.

"Why would you do that?" I ask her and she looks at me confused.

"I thought you'd be happy?" She says a little disappointed.

"I am, don't get me wrong. I'm just worried. If it's anything like a normal job, you can't just go back if this fails." I say and she smiles.

"Aww, are you worried about me?" She taunts. "Well don't be. I'm a big girl." She says and I snicker. She punches me on my shoulder and I smile.

"Fine, say cheese." I say while taking my guild registration device. I take her picture and she fills out the form. She took it immediately because she doesn't want to give me more ammunition against her. She quickly fills it out and hands it back. I see a message on the screen saying she's been accepted as a guild member.

"So, Guildmaster, what are our plans for today?" Liz asks.

"Firstly Elizabeth, don't call me Guildmaster. Secondly, we're planning on visiting a few places to turn into our guildhall." I answer.

"Fine, Eric, so you've decided to make this town our headquarters, at least for now."

"What do you mean, headquarters?" Innu asks her.

"I mean, all guilds have a headquarters. It's where their main guild hall is. Larger guilds, like the Blue Locus and Silver Garden, have multiple guild halls. But they all have a main branch, that's called the guild's headquarters. So is this where you want your guilds headquarters? Also, do you even have enough money to buy a building big enough?" Liz explains and asks.

"Is there something wrong with this place? And yes I have enough." I answer.

"There's nothing wrong with this place, I just wanted to ask. And how do you have enough money?" She asks and I sigh. I explain how my powers give me money when I slay monsters. She immediately asks why I kept how much I've made a secret. She gets mad at me for not letting her know sooner that I had collected so much. She eventually gives in and we get ready to leave.
