A Knight

Jim looked up, fear and shock on his face as he noticed a knight. The blade of the knight's sword was directly under his chin. "We have received word from Lord Hartwell that a wench has fallen from the sky. It appears that they were correct. We will take you directly to His Majesty, where he will decide your fate."

Jim didn't respond. His mind was working overtime to try and make sense of everything going on. How he fell from the sky and landed as a beautiful woman. The knight sheathed his sword and jumped off of his horse. He grabbed Jim's dainty hands and bound them in rope. Jim's eyes went wide at how easily he could be picked up and tossed around, as the knight placed him on his horse.

A small tear fell from Jim's eye as the gates to the kingdom of Ecista opened. It was a lavish kingdom. The castle could be seen for miles, with a tower that seemed to pierce the heavens. The courtyard and markets were full of citizens smiling and laughing. There were kids playing with fake swords, swearing about how they would be knights one day.

As the horse made its way over the castle's moat, Jim felt his heart begin to beat. The horse soon stopped, the knight placing Jim's female form over his shoulder. He closed his eyes and hoped everything would be over soon. He was truly scared, feeling so powerless in a world and body he failed to comprehend.

The knight soon made his way int the throne room, dropping Jim onto the floor. "My king and queen, this wench is the one that Lord Hartwell said fell from the sky." Everyone in the room began to laugh. Jim looked at the ground, his vision slightly obscured by his hair. "So...this is the sky wench?" The king asked. "Perhaps she is a witch," the queen replied. "I don't know father," the prince on the far right responded, his hand covering his chin as he analyzed the girl. The princess didn't respond. She was too busy studying the scared girl that was stuck on her knees.

"What's your name, Sky Wench?" the king asked, a grin on his face.
