Chapter 228 by voidcaller17
How Does It Go?
A Great Fight
The Nature Spirit turns to us. It raises its left arm and aims it at Eimbis. I cast two Mana Shields on Eimbis, just in case. The Nature Spirit launches a large green ball of light at him. The light breaks my first shield but not my second. I sigh in relief and see Eimbis get close enough to attack. He breathes fire onto her and she tries to block with her hands. A wall of green light appears and blocks the fire. Eimbis drops from the air as the light wall disappears and digs his two front claws into her.

He flies back and she screams in pain. He breathes fire before she can recover and it hits.
-352 Dmg (Weak)
She backs away from Eimbis and he breathes fire again. He doesn't hit her, but he does fly into the fire. I can't help but smile when he flies out of the fire and dig his claws into the Nature Spirits' exposed chest. She falls and Eimbis jumps off her.

Rare Material Drop
Dungeon Boss Slain
Rewards: +1000 Exp, Spirit Charm
I store the small glowing orb in my inventory. Eimbis walks over to me and I Observe him.
Eimbis Lvl 11, Class: Mythical, Title: Eric's Familiar, RP: 250, Hearts: 5, Weak: Water, Ice
HP: 3100/3100 MP: 1750/1750
Wow, he leveled up six times. So he does need Exp then. That's good and bad. I only have one more weak Dungeon that I made, although I have no clue what's inside. But after that, he'll be level 15ish at most. Actually, he is a Dragon. He might be able to take something weak to fire at level 30 even if he is half its level. Yeah, that could work. Well, let's see what else we got here. I think before I walk over to the chest. I look at the lock and see it's just a normal lock. Using my claws, I'm able to easily break it off and open the chest. Inside it is a staff. It is made of wood and has a large green gem on top. I Observe it and the drops I got.
Lesser Nature Dust Rare (8) Alchemy Ingredient
This dust comes from nature. It isn't pure nature dust, but still grants a portion of nature's power.
Nature Elemental Fragments (25) Common Crafting Material
These fragments are all that remain from Nature Elementals. They contain the Elemental's power. While weak and fragile, they will augment whatever they are turned into with the power of Nature.
Nature Spirit Core, Rare
This Spirit Core is used in Alchemy and Crafting. It can be used to make healing potions or made into an accessory to boost natural health recovery.
Spirit Charm Lvl 15, Epic
This Charm contains a Spirit Spell. Spirit magic is powerful and very versatile. The spell within is Light Wall. This spell creates a wall of light that will block incoming damage. The spell automatically activates whenever it detects an attack that you aren't able to block. The magic within will not activate if the wearer is human or a humanoid, Spirits excluded.
Spirit Staff Lvl 20, Legendary
This staff is made of Spirit Wood. The wood contains a great amount of magic. It has a Spirit Core embedded on top. The Core slightly boosts all spells cast using it. Hidden Properties: The Core allows you to completely recover 75% of your MP once every 48 hours.
I sigh reading the staff's description. It is good it's just under-leveled. I tell Eimbis I'm going to chop down some trees. He roars and flies off, I assume to explore. I open my map and start walking to the nearest harvestable trees and rocks. I spend what feels like two hours harvesting until I'm done. I managed to get 17 trees and 14 rocks. Resulting in 265 Wood, 135 Magic Wood, 20 Enchanted Wood, 210 Stone, 115 Magic Stone, and 25 Enchanted Stone. I wipe the sweat off and whistle for Eimbis. He flies over a few moments later carrying a fish in his mouth. Seeing him with the fish gives me an idea. My Domains ocean has fish, so could I just set up traps and get them? That would help in feeding him. I think as he finishes eating it and we return to my Domain. As soon as I do I see Asami standing with a worried look on her face.
"What's wrong Asami?" I ask and she turns to me.
"You weren't picking up my calls!" She says angrily. I take my phone out and see it's dead.
"Sorry, I must've forgot to charge it." I say and Eimbis runs off. She sighs hearing this.
"Okay, come on. It's time to eat." She says and I nod. I go over to the table where Innu, Ramia, and Luna are. Asami and I sit down and we start eating. Asami wasn't kidding when she said she was going to make a feast. I feel like it's Thanksgiving with how much food is spread on the table. While eating I tell them what happened in the Dungeon.
"What a-are you planning on doing with the S-Spirit Core?" Ramia asks, clearly wanting it but not wanting to directly ask for it.
"I was thinking of giving it to you. I think it'll be better in your hands than mine." I say and she smiles before thanking me.
"What about the staff?" Asami asks and I sigh.
"I'm not sure. It's not bad I just don't think we'd use it." I say and she nods.
"We should keep it just in case. We can always sell it later." She says and I nod. We finish eating and I help Asami put the leftovers up. We go back to my Domain and I run upstairs to the Alchemy Workshop. I place the Spirit Core on the table and leave, wanting to do so before forgetting. I go downstairs and see Innu.
"Master, follow me!" She says pulling on my arm. I let her lead me into the bedroom where she strips down.
