"You want us to hunt a minotaur?"
Selenw asked, her voice laced with curiosity and disbelief.
She met Emeryn’s gaze directly, searching for any hint that this was a joke.

The Witch leaned forward on the table, crossing her arms and resting her chin on her forearms, lost in thought.
The warm, flickering light of the candles cast dancing shadows across her face.
Around her, the lively chatter of other adventurers filled the tavern, a cacophony of laughter and boisterous conversation.
The rich scent of roasted meats mingled with the sweet aroma of honeyed ale. T
The clinking of mugs echoed through the room.

"That’s going to be quite a dangerous mission, you know—really dangerous," she continued, her brows furrowing slightly as she considered the implications of their task.
"Especially since we have to travel so far east."

The sun dipped low on the horizon, casting an orange glow across the street where they stood.

Selene absently tapped her fingers on the brim of her wide hat, a nervous habit she had developed over the years.

"But I really want to get my hands on some minotaur horn," she admitted, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper, her eyes sparkling with ambition.
"Just imagine what we could brew with it! The potions, the elixirs... endless possibilities."

She paused, lost in her thoughts for a moment, envisioning the powerful concoctions that could enhance spells or heal wounds.
The very thought thrilled her, igniting a flame of determination within her.

"The sanctum had some minotaurs," she added, shifting the topic to her past experiences. "But I was never allowed to experiment with them. They were ferocious beasts—really big, you know."
A hint of nostalgia crept into her voice as she recalled the glimpses she had caught of the massive creatures during her studies.

Selene shook her head, pushing aside the memories. "I don't want to end as some Cumdumpster of some Monster, but I can't be held by fear"

She glanced at Emeryn, gauging her reaction.
There was something in Emeryn's expression—a desire that could not be held back—that stirred Selena’s resolve further.

"A—a minotaur?" Feya stammered, her voice quivering with trepidation as the words spilled from her lips.
The mere thought of such a creature sent icy tendrils of fear spiraling down her spine, and she instinctively took a step back, her bright, emerald eyes widening in alarm.

Images flooded her mind, a nightmare taking shape: a colossal beast, towering above her with rippling muscles and matted fur, smoke curling ominously from its nostrils like the remnants of a long-extinguished fire.
Wielding a massive axe, the blade glinting with the promise of danger under the fading light of dusk.

Feya could almost hear the echoes of its growl, deep and resonant, vibrating through the earth like a drumbeat.
The air felt thick with the heat of its breath, heavy and suffocating as if nature itself recoiled at the thought of such ****.

"What if it kills us? Or worse, captures us?" Her heart pounded like a frantic drum in her chest as her mind spiraled with grim possibilities.
She tried to steady her breathing, but her legs trembled, threatening to buckle beneath her.

Her breath hitched as a vivid, horrifying scene unfolded in her mind's eye – the monstrous figure of the minotaur towering over her, its massive, muscled body slick with sweat and grime.
She imagined the creature's huge, calloused hands ripping at her clothes, until she was left naked and exposed.
Her skin crawled at the thought of its hot, rancid breath on her flesh, the coarse fur of its body brushing against her as it **** her to the cold, hard ground.

She envisioned the minotaur's massive, throbbing member, as it pressed between her thighs.
A wave of nausea rolled through her at the thought of the creature rutting into her, its hips moving with brutal, savage ****.
Her companions lay scattered around them, their bodies broken and used, the ground beneath them slick with seed.

Don’t worry,” Emeryn said, her voice steady and reassuring as she met Fera’s gaze.
Her blue eyes sparkled with confidence, radiating warmth in the dimly lit tavern.
“You had the same fears when we first hunted the Bluewolf. And look how that turned out.”

Feyra shifted slightly, her arms still crossed over her chest as she absorbed Emeryn’s words.
Memories flooded back: the thrill of the chase, the camaraderie shared as they tracked they're first more powerful monster through the forest.
She still remembered the rush of adrenaline when they finally cornered it, and the amount of money they had made from its pelt.

A small smile flickered on her lips at the memory, a glimmer of pride cutting through her anxiety.
Maybe she was overreacting, letting her fears loom larger than they truly were. After all, hadn’t they faced danger before and emerged stronger for it?

Yet even as she thought this, doubts gnawed at her.
The Bluewolf had been fierce, but it was nothing compared to the primal power of a minotaur. Could she truly summon the same courage again?

“Okay, I’ll come with you,” Feya said softly, glancing up at Emeryn before quickly looking down again, her fingers nervously twisting the hem of her cloak.
“But…” She hesitated, then pointed a finger at Emeryn, her voice barely above a whisper.
“When we come back, I’d want a new bow.”

Emeryn’s face lit up with a bright smile. “Not a problem!” she exclaimed, her voice warm and encouraging. “
When we’re done with that thing, I can buy you ten bows!”

Feyra’s cheeks flushed at Emeryn’s enthusiasm, and she gave a shy smile. “
Really? You don’t have to…” she stammered, a mix of excitement and embarrassment washing over her.
“But, um, it would be nice… if it’s beautiful, you know? Something that fits well.”

“Of course! I’ll make sure of that ” Emeryn assured her, the sparkle in her blue eyes encouraging. “But first, we need to take care of that minotaur.”

With a bright smile, Emeryn stood up and looked at her two companions, her excitement evident.
“We’ll be going in three days!” she declared, her voice ringing with enthusiasm.
“We’ll take a carriage from the Eastern Gate, which will bring us right to Shieldflow.”

Selene leaned in, her curiosity piqued. “And then where are we headed after Shieldflow?”

Emeryn’s smile widened. “To Freepost! Or something like that.

Just then, Selene stood up, a determined look crossing her face.
“Then we have to get some provisions for our travel, don’t we?” she stated her voice firm
