A Fairy Tail greeting

"Wow..." Alex looked over the guild hall from the outside. It was an impressive sight. He mentslly prepared himself - this was where he was going to be working with Lucy, Mirajine, Natsu, and many others besides.

"WE'RE BACK!" Natsu screamed as he kicked open the front door. The guild looked like a lively place. It suddenly got a lot livelier when Natsu kicked a guy in the face. "You creep! That info on Salamander was all lies!"

"My, there it is." A rather beautiful voice suddenly commented, a slight turn of my head identifying it as belonging to Mirajine. "The minute Natsu gets back, the place is in danger of falling to pieces again." She chuckles, even as pieces of the table had broken off from the kick. It didn't take long before a large scale fight had broken out.

It didn't take long for Alex to spot some familiar faces from the articles: Gray Fullbuster in just his black boxers (given his penchant for stripping randomly, that came as no surprise), Elfman with all his talk of being a 'man', and Cana... who was a *much* heavier drinker than he had expected. She was chugging from a whole BARREL!

Suddenly, a Giant had seemingly manifested in the middle of the room. "Cut it out, you dolts!!!!" Both him and Lucy jumped at their sudden appearance. "It's huge!!!!" He and Lucy exclaimed in unison.

"Ah, there you are, Master." Mira responded cheerfully. *Wait, this was the guildmaster!?* Alex thought in disbelief. Pretty much everyone stood down from the brawl. Except Natsu, who was grinning as he started declaring himself the winner... right before the guild master stepped on him.

"Hmmm?" The veritable titan said as he looked down at Lucy and me. "New faces?" After a brief terrified nod from the both of us, the giant stepped forward, and started shrinking, until he was an old man who barely reached my knee. "Nice to meet you." He said with a little wave, before jumping back with a spin, making it all the way to the 2nd floor railing. Well... almost at least; his head hit the railing itself, but it didn't seem to pose more than a mild inconvenience as he stood up on it before addressing the guild.

"You morons have gotten me in trouble with the council again!" He shouted, holding some papers aloft. He shouted, before listing a bunch of offenses each of them had done. Elfman hitting his guard and Gray's streaking weren't big shocks to Alex, and even Natsu being the one behind all the collateral damage from the most recent Weekly Sorcerer wasn't a big shock after what had happened with Bors. But Cana drinking that many barrels and charging it to the council!? That gave him pause.

The master suddenly grinned, the paper he was holding suddenly ablaze before he threw it away. "But... forget about the council members." He said as Natsu jumped up and ate the burning papers. "Magic is based on passion. If you worry about what others say, your magic will never improve. So, live your lives and follow your dreams!"

Alex joined the others in cheering at this, raising his fist in the air. His time with this guild was going to be fun!
