A Dinner to Remember
That evening, I entered the Grand Hall for the first time, in what seemed a lifetime. As I moved past each table, I was shown how different things had become.
I saw most everybody turn towards me. Many whispering to their friends, some just staring. I smiled back at Daphne Greengrass. Which was odd to say the least. Then I turned towards the Gryffindor table, as I made my way to my usual spot.
"Great Job," said Neville Longbottom, although it barely exited his mouth before his voice cracked.
"Thanks," I whispered back, suddenly lowering my head. I wasn't used to this attention.
And that's when I finally realized that most everyone was following me with a swivel in their necks. Cept on Harry Potter, but his friends were. Even Hermione. Until she saw me staring back and turned her face towards her squash, which was obviously more interesting.
"Nice ass halfhwit," screamed a random male student! I answered immediately as I took a seat.
"You too sir," I said. I sat between Parvati and Padma, who both scooted as close as they could after.
We wasted little time in catching up about everything.
"You're all everyone is talking about said," Cho Chang, "they won't stop talking about how you killed the Dragon."
"I killed it," I repeated.
"That potion of yours shrunk it, but the bottle stayed the same size," said Michael, "eventually it just popped." I had actually killed that dragon.
"Don't feel bad," said Padma, "it killed two exam proctors before you stopped it." How did things go so wrong? Padma placed a large flagon in front of me, I smelled it to see what it was.
"Why water," I said?
"You're dehydrated," said Padma, "any fluids you did have you already pumped into me." I quickly recollected all of the rooms I had fucked her in today. Parvati wrapped her arm around my right. I quickly pointed the Flagon bottom up to the sky.
Cho Chang seemed to not enjoy the lack of contact, as her leg began to rub against my own.
"It was an attack," said Padma, "people broke legs jumping off the stands. Exam Proctors seemed to be under some spell when it all happened. And nobody knows who it was. Or who they were trying to harm. I mean, if it were **** eaters, Harry wasn't in the crowd."
"And you almost died because of it," said Michael. Our group fell silent. Were we supposed to do something? This kind of thing seemed way above what our normal schemes involved.
"Don't worry," I said, "I will figure it out. We will." I had no idea what to do, but I wouldn't let those who worried about me know that.
I began to eat, trying to put the worry behind me.
"Idius," whispered Padma,"Angelina Johnson is looking at you and coming this way." Angelina Johnson was the sixth year Chaser from Gryffindor. Who just also happened to be a dark skinned goddess. She was tall with a body that was nearly perfect, and an even prettier face.
"What," I said. I raised my head with a large portion of duck still in my mouth. That's when I saw Angelina Johnson looking back at me.
"Hello Idius," said Angelina, "you were amazing out there. See you around." She had turned me down a bunch of times in my first year. I watched her strong legs, and the edge of her ass as she walked out. Until the dropping of eyes caught my attention.
It was Hermione again. And now she was pretending to eat raisin pudding that she clearly didn't like. I looked away for a moment, and as soon as I saw her eyes shoot up, I looked back at her.
Our eyes met for a moment, hers were deep in thought. She spun her upper body away from the table. What was her problem?
"I'll be back," I said. I stood up, and began to walk towards the golden trio. Hermione and Harry took notice.
"I'll talk to you guys later," said Hermione as she too jumped to her feet. She scurried towards the doors, but I stopped.
If Hermione didn't want to tell me what was up, then I wasn't going to waste my time following her.
I turned back towards my table, seeing Padma, looking unhappy when she realized why I had gotten up.
"Come on," said Hermione. I turned to see the Gryffindor staring back at me, hugging herself. She looked so unsure.
