When I stepped into the hallway, the Gryffindor girl was waiting for me.
I protected my stomach, and prepared myself to be pressed into the wall behind me. Instead Hermione just stared, with a furrowed brow.
"What's wrong," I said. She ignored my question.
"Mmm...," said Hermione. She was really strained by whatever she had to say.
"Listen," said Hermione, "I got him to agree." Who to agree? and to what?
"I don't know what you are talking about," I said. This angered her, women expected me to be a mind reader.
Hermione took a step forward, close enough I could see every freckle on her face. Now I would never be able to think clearly.
"Harry," said Hermione. Her face looked like it realized why I was confused. She had only given me a few words, while her brain seemed to have an entire conversation.
"I got Harry to agree to us joining forces," said Hermione, "with our two groups we can solve this mystery much easier." She got Harry to agree to work with me? I wasn't sure if I even wanted that. Harry had always been a prick.
The faintest smile appeared on her face, and soon she couldn't hold her smile back.
"Isn't that great," asked Hermione? A couple people stepped out from the Hall, and Hermione's hands fell from her chest and moved to her backside. She had been hiding her chest the entire time.
"Great," I said trying to avoid staring at her chest. I didn't know how my friends would react.
"We can meet up on the next school night," said Hermione, "bring those you trust." Padma, Michael, Cho Chang, and Parvati were the ones I trusted.
"Great," I repeated. Her face was so well constructed, so cute. Even if her hair was crazy at times, she was satisfying to admire.
Her brow wrinkled. I could tell she wanted to say something else. She looked like she was about to walk away, before she spoke again.
"Their was one more thing," said Hermione. Why did she look so scared again?
I slipped the Aegis to my face.
