A Celebrity

Dr Darke could hardly believe his luck when he had laid eyes on the gorgeous woman who had just entered his waiting room. The name on his appointment sheet must have been a pseudonym, not an uncommon occurence with even some of his regular clients if their problem was in any way shameful or professionally embarassing to them. This, however, was no ordinary customer.

It wasn't unusual for Dr Darke to work with the rich and famous, such was his standing in his field, and he was rarely star struck. But the celebrity clients he attracted weren't often very exciting to him - most commonly they were politicians or footballers hoping for a career enhancing boost in confidence. But this familiar face was a far more welcome sight.

Dr Darke had been crushing on this girl ever since he had first seen her on television and now she was walking past him into his office, nodding politely as she did so. She was dressed down and wearing shades in an obvious attempt not to be recognised but there was no mistaking who this was. And if this wasn't a sign that he should finally indulge himself in the fantasies his powers could make a reality he didn't know what ever would be.

As Dr Darke's glamorous new client took her seat in his office she removed her sunglasses, placed them on the desk in front of her and smiled warmly at him. The doctor did his best to compose himself - she was even more beautiful in real life than on the screen.

"So, Miss...Jones?" Dr Darke began a little uncertainly.

"I'm not Sandra Jones" the woman giggled cutely "as you may or may not be aware my real name is.."
