A Bustling Establishment

"Almost there..." Aerin grins to herself as she reaches the outer gate of the town. She looks around, noting the rather rundown and weathered wood making up a flimsy wall. Her pointed ears twitch as a broken board breaks from the wall before hitting the ground just a few yards away. "This place looks great!" With no one to greet her, the young elf secures her bow and enters the small village.

Looking around, she can't seem to see anyone around, the few houses she walks by broken and abandoned. Her gaze scans the dark fog covered environment until she sees lights in the distance. Heading forward, she finds what looks to be a tavern, though it doesn't have a sign out front.

Even from here she can hear a bunch of commotion coming from inside. Finally confirming this place isn't abandoned, she wipes a bead of sweat from her forhead. "Oh thank goodness, this is the right place..."

With a breath of confidence, Aerin pushes the door to the tavern open. Her blue eyes adjusting to the lanternlight from within, she realizes just how packed this place is.

Inside, many different faces fill almost every booth. Travelers from all over drinking and dancing. This kind of atmosphere always gets her heart pumping, she happily walks in and waves to a couple groups that glance her way.

The atmosphere is warm, a bard playing his lute while sitting lazily on a table. A group of women fawning over him as they gather around. On the other end of the room, what looks to be a knight stabs his knife into a map in his booth, pointing and talking vigorously to what must be his squad.

Even all the way in the back Aerin notices unique characters, like the woman dressed in dark robes staring daggers into her. "Huh... Almost looks like a witch." Aerin nervously laughs to herself.

Eventually she makes it to the bar counter, humming the tune of the lute being played. "Hi!" She says cheerfully. "I was told there was work for me here?" Pulling out a poster she shows it to the barkeep.

He smirks and grunts, pointing to an empty table. "You can sit and wait until morning like the others, have a drink or something."

"Others?" Aerin asks.

"You're not the only one looking for work." The man gestures to the whole room, showing the elven girl she isn't the first to show up because of the posters.

"o-oh... Okay, thanks!" Growing a little nervous once again, Aerin lugs her stuff over to the table. "I guess it makes sense." she thinks. "I did get the poster from Crosshaven." Her time in the massive city was brief, but it allowed her to find work with great pay, as long as she's accepted for the position. Come to think of it, she's not really even sure what she'll be doing, only that the reward is priced higher than anything she's seen in person.

Sitting down, one of the countless barmaids walks up to her. "Like, can I get you anything hun?" Her blue eyes sparkle, and her braided blonde hair rests on her shoulder.

Aerin goes to answer, when her eyes flicker down to the woman's chest, something she normally wouldn't care to look at... except- "Woah- I- Could I just get some water?" She tries to save face as her face grows red. As the woman nods and walks away, Aerin puts her head down in embarrassment. "That had to have been the biggest pair I've ever seen."

Not only was the woman _very _well endowed, her outfit seemed to be skimpier than that of your average barmaid. With that attire she could almost see her nipples!

As Aerin tries to hide her face, she looks around again, this time focusing on the employees rather than the guests... And immediately her jaw drops. Every barmaid seems to be as busty as her, their outfits and demeanors matching as well.

The women surrounding the bard all giggle and move around sensually, like a group of brothel whores trying to earn a tip. The servers walking back and forth have a certain sway in their hips. Even the girl bringing her the water gives Aerin a look of lust.

"Here you go babe~" She says, setting down a large glass mug on the table. Aerin just stares for a moment, her freckled face unmoving for a moment. As some of her brown hair falls into her face, she's brought back to reality, finally reaching for her drink.

"Oh yes! Thank you!"

The woman turns to head back to the bar, when the soldier captain in the corner booth stands up. "Hey! Bring another round here, wench!"

The girl turns to him and giggles. "Be there in a sec boys!"

As Aerin sits there, sipping her water and taking everything in, something doesn't sit right in her stomach. The empty town, the strangely erotic barmaids? The usually bubbly elf feels something is off...
