Chapter 9 by Roar of The Winning Punch Roar of The Winning Punch

A Brand New World

I’ll be keeping the poll open for characters who have not yet made their fantasy debut. Thanks for all the name suggestions as well, including the Latin lessons, and the amazing option to give them all the same last name, making them all half sisters through a traveling bard.

“Praise Gabriel prince of the world. Praise Gabriel light of my life…” Anna fervently rubbed her holy spot beneath her lush fur blanket. Her prayers always made waking up seem like such a blessing. “You are the pleasure in my body, you are the purpose in my life…”

She kicked her blanket off the bed and let her body sprawl decadently across the vast sleeping area. Her light blonde hair laid around her like a halo. Her blue eyes were shut in holy reverence, her toes curled in delight.

“I give you my body, I give you my soul, I give you my mind, now make me whole.”

Through the walls she could hear her mother reach her own religious climax. Anna groaned in frustration and gently slapped her clit. She was a cleric of Gabriel, it was galling to think that someone else was more fervent in their belief than her.

“Bless my mind, bless my heart, let these selfish thoughts depart.”

When she reached womanhood and was finally able to perform the prayer it’d been the greatest day of her life. All the women in her family were devout, but Anna was more so. Only she had joined the church, only she had married Gabe. And yet… there was something holding her back. She had doubts and… anger.

Her mind sparked, and she pulled out her secret weapon. She brought her off hand to her mouth, and began to kiss the wedding band on her ring finger. “Take me Gabriel, your wife, your love. Give me pleasure, give me praise. I’m nothing without you.” Her voice became a moan, and then very quickly a squeal. She could feel his satisfaction with her, his pleasure. “I’m yours! I’m yours!”

“Were you trying to have your voice reach him?” Empress Karnov teased her daughter as they walked through the Prince’s palace.

Anna blushed, and adjusted her furry hat and cape. “I’ll admit to feeling more inspired, knowing that he is near. Not that you have any room to talk, mother.”

The empress laughed, and let a blush arise on her own pale cheeks. Anna admired her mother’s dark hair. She’d always been jealous of it. She felt her own hair left her looking like a snow witch. From far away she looked headless in the white of her homeland , just a pair of robes walking on their own. “Bringing you to him has made me feel especially thankful.”

Anna blushed and less the conversation veer into something emotional she changed the subject. “Why are they dining we us?”

The Empress hissed quality. “Because they’re family.”

“They’re humans, they aren’t family.”

“Lana is your sister.”

“I have sisters.” Anna grumbled.

“My love.” The empress stood before the door to the breakfast room. “Just because you don’t have children does not in fact make you a child. Be civil.”

Anna sighed. “But they’re so weird!”

The guards opens the doors and allowed the pair inside. Anna was immediately met by a squeal. In a flash she was swallowed up by her half sister. She grimaced and struggled to find a place to hug back that wasn’t naked flesh.

“Anna you look divine!” Lana said cheerily, her sister’s distaste for her a complete mystery.

“Lana.” The Empress smiled with the warmth all but absent from her country. “You’ve turned into quite the beauty. I haven’t seen you since Anna’s womanhood ceremony.”

“Yeah!” Lana laughed nervously. “Who could forget sitting in a church watching you teach your daughter to masturbate in front of a crowd.”

“Lana!” There was a reproachful bark from the dinning table, where a veil wearing Beauty, sat draped in silks and jewels. “Empress, I apologize for my daughters lack of tact.”

The empress smiled and joined the woman at the table. “It’s fine High Philosopher, they get it from their father.”

The veiled woman’s eyes crinkled in a smile. “That they do.” The rules of mankind had both in their youth fallen to the charming advances of a certain bard… within the same month. It was the scandal of scandals at the time, but the two princesses let the incident make friends out of them. Which has led to the chummiest relationship the kingdoms of humans have ever enjoyed.

Each of the sisters were also granted their father’s last name Merah, which they shared with a few dozen bastards across the continent.

The resemblance of the sisters was striking. Both took after their father with blue eyes, and blond hair. Their faces were nearly the same as well, though Anna inherited her mother’s snowy complexion, and Lana her mother’s golden skin.

In Anna’s opinion her sister got their father’s modesty as well. She wore almost nothing, just straps of silk, and that was when she wore anything at all. Lana The Nudist was her more famous title.

“How we’re your morning prayers?” Lana teased and wiggled her fingers about.

Ana huffed and looked away. “I have nothing to be ashamed of. It’s your people who are lost.”

“Girls.” The high philopher called. “Have a seat, let us break bread.”

Lana laughed and twirled into her seat. She draped herself over the chair, while Ana sat up like a proper princess. Delectables were brought out. Dates and breads and jams, and morning wine.

“I’m so happy we get to do this together. I’ve been wanting to reconnect with you! I even thought of having a performance in Karinina.”

“You’d die of exposure.” Ana said plainly.

“Which is why you have to come to Golden Oasis. You must be tired of preaching to people who already believe. We can play on the beach, and between tides you can pray to the heathens.”

Anna buttered her toast. “I think your mother would have something to say about that.”

The High Philosopher chortled. Religion was forbidden in her city. “Lana you must stop teasing her, she doesn’t like it.”

The tanned beauty wilted. “Oh, I’m sorry! I meant no offense Anna.”

Anna waved the apology away, well aware of her own prickliness. “It’s fine.” She gave a small smile. “It just means we’ll have to have our vacation in a neutral location.”

——-

“Presenting now to your divine magesty, from the noble country of Karinina, Anna Mehrah!”

Anna’s breath caught in her throat. Her feet did the work of dragging her into court. The hall was full with the congregation of the world, representatives, ambassadors and schemers from all the nations of Coloradia watched her enter.

They were meaningless. Her eyes were transfixed on the man in the throne. Resplendent in his glory. Suddenly she was grateful to her father, her lords hair and her own were the same glorious blonde.

Such was his rule over this world that by his side floated the massive form of Skye goddess of the firmament. She’d seen this scene only in paintings and in stained glass.

The etiquette said to kneel, but Anna was not worthy of such behavior. She threw herself down before him, and pressed her forehead to the carpet. “I am not worthy, your holiness. To be here before you now is the highest accomplishment of my life!”

There was silence for a long moment, of course there was. Why would he respond to her? She should just peel herself from the floor and go to her spot, but his rejection was so torturous she couldn’t move.

“Anna.” His divine voice finally reached her ears. “Get up.”

——-

“You bastard!” Anna’s mood shift was instant. She jumped to her feet. Almost tripping over her robes.

“Wait wait wait.” Gabe desperately rose to his feet. “You don’t understand! We all died on the bus and…”

“Yeah yeah yeah, we have to save the world and become your harem if we want to go back home.” She waved at Skye. “She explained everything before she woke you up.”

Well that was good to know, he didn’t want to do this eight times. “Then why are you mad?”

“Why am I mad?” She bundled up her skirt and began whipping him with it. “You cheated on me you a-hole! I wouldn’t even have been made of you just called it off and then fucked her in the closet. You coward! Then you choose the masturbation option?” She was roaring. “Do you have any idea how humiliating that is? My mom showed me how to do it in front of all our family and friends!” She stomped her foot, and stopped her attack. “I cried because I felt so important to you in that moment.” She threw her arms up. “Now I know!”

Well that hurt. Now she had two painful sets of memories. “Anna…”

“Stooooooooooooooop!” She started small but as Lana drew closer her voice got louder. She had a nice set of pipes.

“Oh no.” Gabe looked away as the nearly naked twin ran towards the throne. She was so gorgeous.

“Your excellency please forgive her! I… I don’t know why she attacked you, but she had a good reason! She loves you! She thinks she’s married to you! She she…. She touches herself thinking of you each morning!”

The herald caught up with her. “Presenting princess Lana Mehrah of Golden Oasis!”

Anna was mortified. She went over and tugged on her sister’s ear. “Snap out of it.”

“Oww why did you….AAAAAAH!” Lana threw her arms over her exposed breasts, and ass, and tried to solve the math problem of the century: how do you cover Lana with a single spool’s worth of thread. “Seriously?”

Ana grumbled in solidarity with her sister. “Oh he picked a pervy one for me too!”

“Believe me.” Lana shook her head. “I remember the ceremony. So much grosser, now that I remember we’re twins.”

Gabriel wanted to die. He was as red as the velvet in his throne. “The end goal is getting you guys to be my harem. I figured we shouldn’t beat around the bush!”

“A little beating would have been nice!” Anna threw her arms up again. “I got a whole other life in by head, and it is soooooooo boring! They don’t have video games here.”

“My life was actually kind of fun…” Lana played with her hair nervously it was a habit from earth no one in this world had ever seen the princess perform. In this world she was a wildly successful performer and celebrity. Not to mention sexy. She remembered feeling so sexy. “Still you could have eased us in!”

Gabe nodded. “ I’m sorry, and I’m sorry that any of this is happening to you at all. But in order to save you guys, we need to do this. Those changes were my only chance to…” he cringed. “Nudge everyone in the right direction.”

Anna sighed. Not because he was wrong or gross but because she agreed! This was a game, and they needed to win. Eventually she crossed her arms. “I respect it.”

“You do?” Lana and Gabe were equally shocked.

She shrugged. “Do what you gotta do, I’m not going to stay here stuck in the Kremlin for however long these people live. But we’re through okay?” She pointed to him. “I broke up with you.”

“I understand.” Rather than feeling relief Gabe felt a pang of anger. He kicked himself for it, but it was there all the same. All she cared about was winning. Even now.

He promised himself he’d push those feelings as far away from him as they’d go. What happened before didn’t matter now. That was all in a different world. One he’d screwed up. But rather than lead them to sorrow and disaster as he had on earth, here he could be the hero.

Here, Gabe could save them.
