A "Potion of Lust"
Well this is rather unexpected. You open the box to find an ornate bottle of purple fluid, labeled "Lilith Barker's Potion of Lust" in fancy lettering.
Above the lettering is a little infinity symbol. Probably just a fun little marking.
The bottle is pretty, if a little bit lewd. Maybe you could take it with you and keep it as a decoration...
