I waited in our quarters for about an hour, having left Selene and the Queen alone at her request. Eventually, she returned to our room and immediately sat on my lap. She then looked at me with sadness in her eyes, something I had never seen her feel before, and said "I am so sorry master, but I haven't been honest with you." She took a slow breath and continued, trying to speak slowly but getting more frantic as she continued, "When I was originally summoned, my sister was summoned with me; but we got separated when our master gave her as a gift to the King. The reason I had to stop you from fucking the queen into complete unconsciousness was because I needed information. She told me that the king does still have a demon pet. At this point I can only hope it is my sister."

I interrupt her rambling with a question, "So, were you ever going to try and hurt or even attempt to kill me?"

Selene paused, confused, and looked at me with her eyes wide and replied, "No! I was just having so much fun with you that I didn't want to bring it up. I've never been allowed to speak my mind or desires before and... I didn't want you to get mad at me."

Hearing this I started to laugh and said, "I don't care if you want to do something! You just have to tell me, and I'll help you. Now, tell me what we need to do; but skip all the boring stuff."

Selene looked as if she would cry at any moment; but, thankfully, she held it in and kept her explanation short. "When I spoke to the queen, she gave up everything I wanted to know. I think, mostly, because she hates the king. In fact, almost everyone does. Apparently he is running the kingdom into the ground and the surrounding towns are really suffering for it." I nodded my head in agreement, remembering the first town I found after my escape, but stayed quiet. "She said the King 'does' have a magical being in his bedroom, but she's isn't allowed to go in there and a magical barrier keeps demons from entering or leaving. He claims it's for his 'protection' but it's the most likely place she would be kept."

When she finally finished speaking I asked, "So... All I have to do is kill the King and we're set, correct?"

Selene stared at me and said, "Why would you do this for me? I'm supposed to be the one serving YOU."

With a smile, I responded, "Well... You got ahold of that fat ass of hers first and were kind enough to share. So you get to pick what we're doing next, and it sounds like the plan is to rescue your sister."

Hearing this, Selene couldn't hold back anymore and threw all her weight into my chest, wrapped her arms around me and began to cry. Even though I could still enjoy moment-to-moment experiences, the simple fact was I couldn't really feel sadness anymore or any strong emotion for that matter. Though, I'm not certain I'd want to feel what she was feeling anyway; so I didn't really know what to do. So I just held her and waited patiently until she finally relaxed again. "I've lost count of had many different masters I've had through the ages, but none have been anything like you."

I simply shrugged, slid her off my lap, and stood up. "Now you've got that out, I think it's about time we find your sister."
