8 months later

After your dad gave you that last pounding, lots of things happened. For one, the voice called back to tell you that you obviously lost. Thankfully, the voice gave you a bit of pity by changing your genetics to be different from your parents so your siblings-turned children won't be born with deformations.

After that you lived on with your twin pregnancy, preparing for Gwen and Jimmy's eventual return in the coming months. Your baby bump came along with your lactating breasts. And before you knew it, your pregnancy was over. The birth was physically draining on you. But thankfully both Gwen and Jimmy were born healthy, causing a strange emotion to flood you. Oddly enough, your parents couldn't help but shake the feeling of deja vu at the birth

As you held them, you welcomed them into the world by holding them in each arm. Their tiny bodies seemed so fragile. It was hard to imagine that your siblings actually came from you. Wait a minute, you actually gave birth to two wonderful babies. These aren't your siblings, these are your kids-- your precious little babies.

As you think this, you realize that the strange emotion you felt earlier was pure joy that from becoming a mother. As you start to tear up, your babies cry in unison. Seeing this, you smile as you start to get ready to nurse your children. The hospital staff grab your babies and assist you in nursing them. As Jimmy and Gwen both drink from your breasts, you start crying tears of joy. And while you're not noticing, there's a flash in the room from your mother taking a photo of you and her new grandchildren for her photo albulm.

When you eventually returned home, your mom surprisingly help you with the twins. She even let you go on date nights with your father every weekend after you were done with community college. Unsurprisingly, you got pregnant again. However, this time it was with your childhood best friend and neighbor, Alex.

You and Alex eventually got married and he adopted both Gwen and Jimmy. He treated them as his own and spoiled them rotten. When you gave birth to your third child, a boy, you decided to name him John.

Many happy years passed with your family. You got pregnant two more times. Thankfully, money wasn't a problem since Alex had a very good job that allowed you to keep having children while being a stay-at-home wife.

As for your parents, you eventually ended up forgiving them since it was because of them that you got to experience this life. The twins never ended up finding out their biological father was technically their grandfather, which saved you from many headaches.

While you and Alex were in bed after nightly sex, you ended up wondering how much different your life would have become if the voice didn't turn you into a girl all those years ago. You get ready for another round by startling over Alex to ride him for all that he's worth, you thank the voice for the lovely family it gave you as you get ready to make a new member of the family.
