The front of H’Rull’s recedes a metre or so from the street, so that it looks squashed between the two buildings on either side of it. The effect is amplified by the protruding upper levels of the building. As you cross the street, having to walk around a spot in the road where a man is repairing the cobbles, you wonder how this is going to work. Is it normal for people to just walk into an inn and ask for work? What are you supposed to say?
