Who is Henry's first client?

45 year old Susan Queen

Henry did not groan, moan or mutter under his breath when he saw his client. He did heave a sigh tho.

Susan Queen was the worst type of client. Someone who did the bare minimum and expected immediate results. In the two months he had worked with Susan she had done nothing to change. Her sole commitment to getting into shape was coming to the gym twice a week walking on a treadmill and a smattering of weights. No change to her diet, to her habits or her work out routine. And she expected that to make her look 18 again.

It wasnt that she was horrifyingly out of shape, at most she was twenty lbs over weight. With a little more effort that could have been reduced in a reasonable time frame. But Susan wanted changes now and to barely lift a finger to achieve it. From what he had overheard during time training her Susan spent more time on her nails and finding gray hairs in her blonde hair then she did on exercise.

What drove him up the wall with Susan was that she didnt have anything stopping her from truly committing. She had ample time and money. Susan was 45 years old and married to a more than well off business guy and their one daughter was away at college. She didnt have a real job of any kind, she did some volunteering at the local church and helped out at the local high school pta.

Entering the gym and heading for the employee locker room Hengry finally groaned. He had to spend the next hour trying to motivate a woman to exercise all while fighting thru a mountain of entitled Karen energy. This was going to suck.

Unless... Henry quirked an eyebrow when he saw the small black book sticking out of his workout bag.
