(Author's comment: Fair warning - here's where the lovecraftian body horror begins. If tentacles get under your skin, don't read on.)

Shub-Niggurath has revealed Herself in all Her glory to me! The memories of her shape, heretofore hazy and indistinct, are now much clearer after tonight's dream. I do not doubt Shub-Niggurath was worrying about Her new Daughter's reaction, for She is far less human than I first thought - but far more resplendent for it. Horns of a goat grow from Her head, and Her hair is a mass of writhing black tentacles that reaches down to the floor. Covered in black fur from just above the knee, Shub-Niggurath's legs are those of a goat, ending in cloven hooves. Beyond Her two human eyes, She possesses three more, thin slits spread fan-like on Her forehead, each pupil inhumanly shaped and surrounded by an iris of iridescent colors.

"My Chosen Daughter... you did me proud. With your first task fulfilled, your induction in my cult is complete."

Shub-Niggurath was sat on a throne of writhing shadows, with me beside Her, sitting on a curiously soft floor leaning against Her leg, Shub-Niggurath's hand stroking my hair gently. And yet, despite the comfort I felt, there was a question I needed answered:

"All-Mother, why? Why did you not invite me into your realm last night, when I fulfilled your task? I so wished to tell you about..."

"Oh, little one... your eagerness fills me with joy. I did not invite you into my realm because I have been with you in yours the entire evening and night. Did you not feel my presence? Do you not feel it still?"

"I do, All-Mother. Every waking moment."

Laughing warmly, Shub-Niggurath ran Her fingers through my hair, and we remained like this for a while until I awoke, well-rested and with a profound sense of comfort, the warmth of Her hand still lingering on top of my head.

And something else lingers, stronger even than yesterday. As I was doing my makeup in front of the mirror above the wash basin in my room, I noticed that my eyes shone with a hint of the iridescence of Her's, and I feel Shub-Niggurath's touch, tendrils of love writhing within me. The sensations make me shudder in delight, a physical reminder of Shub-Niggurath's love and waxing influence.

Every so often, I feel the skin of my arms, my body, my face stretch gently when one of Her tendrils is particularly close to the surface, and I smile as I feel Her caress.

One problem I have solved today with the help of Miss Blake is my total lack of a wardrobe. None of my old suits and shirts fit me any longer, and the dress my dear confidant had prepared for yesterday is not necessarily everyday wear. We thus set out to buy new garments for any and all circumstances, an affair I enjoyed far more than I had ever expected, trying on all manner of beautiful clothing, feeling stunned at the support a proper bralette affords, and enjoying the attention and the envy of the men and and the women.

Miss Blake was an indispensable font of wisdom and help, coordinating my new wardrobe and helping me not to make a fool of myself too often with my lack of knowledge.

Now I possess dresses and camisoles and little jackets and bonnets and all manner of wear I never imagined to have, and I can't wait to surprise dearest Presley with them.

I think I shall go and pay him a visit in one of my more modest dresses, together with the large sun hat Miss Blake picked out for me. Surely my dear Presley will be elated to see me.
