20. Help finds her

“Of course.” She smiles back at Anneke. “I tend to the lost souls of the woods when I can find them. But rarely are they as pretty as you.”

Anneke blushes again.

The other woman stands. “Come with me. Back to my home. My girls and I can equip you for your journey and send you on the right way.”

Anneke pauses. This woman has done nothing but help her, but can she trust her?
