Wishing to rule as a god, Jerry was whisked away to another world where his word was law and the realm was shaped to his imagination. Immediately, Jerry loved and lavished in these lands, wishing to see what was laid before him before he changed it. He found catgirls, elves, dwarves, dragons, humans using magic, and a lot more that excited him as he ate the things he saw from markets and replicated them using his control of this reality. The world was filled with so many fantastical kingdoms, stuff that rivalled the ancient stories and ideas of people from a further time, wishing to embrace what they believed to be a lost golden age. In Jerry's eyes, Earth was found lacking, its cities but boxes of necessity, where this world's towns and states are filled with art or expression, the magic floating their ideas into reality. The only ones who realised his existence was more than what it appeared were the gods, feeling their possible dominion over reality snatched and given to a new soul. They feared Jerry's power, with every attempt at moving people through fate failing to kill or wound him, scaring these gods.

After a couple of years, Jerry was done deliberating and thinking about his great work. To start things off, Jerry brought the gods before him, casting them out into the cycle of reincarnation to be reborn as mortal men and women, their powers only to come out on the cusp of their deaths. As for their divine duties, Jerry buffed the world, allowing it to become wilder so it could take care of itself without crumbling or twisting crazily. Jerry then replaced the gods, creating some OCs to then fill the pantheon a thousandfold with his guys and girls, giving each of them greater powers than the previous gods, but with something about them hollowed out and restrained, stopping them from stomping down into the world or beating the original gods without a consolidated effort. But this was stuff for later; right now, Jerry wanted to focus on the world.

Jerry didn't want to just paste over his world's aesthetic into this one, so he reorganised the continents, connecting all of them into larger continents or a super continent, hushing the great spirits and bastards lying dormant in some of them, like the great dragon god, whose corpse makes up one of the continents.

With all this space, Jerry made three new continents that were closely connected, like how Panama is connected to South Africa, or Indonesia is connected to Asia. Jerry then created a myriad of countries, as well as a large empire spanning most of two of the three new continents. Jerry ensured the empire was filled with noble people who gained their land using respectful and heroic means, but he also prepared the other nations in case of a change in leadership down the line. Jerry then filled these continents' nations with humans in a world where humans were a minority. Jerry created or used histories and stories from other worlds, making two continents believe they were here from the beginning, and the third as if its nations were brought over from other worlds, showing how Jerry went wild with their societies.

Afterwards, Jerry then got down to some devilish details:

1. Firstly, Jerry made a lot of specific changes to each race, such as increasing the life expectancy and IQ of these humans. Now, humans who are thirty can be seen as being in their mid-teens. Jerry then offset this by having the non-human nations on these new continents, like ones with elves, have their own races' life expectancies increased, as well as unique characteristics, like how talented they are with plant magic. Such changes and adaptations in consideration of other races were made across the board.
2. Jerry also made sure each woman was hentai-level hot, with massive racks, long legs, fat thighs, no need for glasses, etc.
3. After that first action, Jerry ensured that the medieval to modern, to futuristic nations on these new continents had great child care programs and government plans.
