(An explanation on the conditional variables in use)

Duke Magus Von Doom is designed to use three basic stats: Politics, Warfare, and Magic to determine what options he can take. The higher the score he has, the more things he can think of doing, the lower the score the fewer things he can think of. Keep in mind however, that increases should happen faster at the lower scores than they do at higher ones. This better represents the idea that one learns more from defeat than they do from victory. As such the higher scores would increase exceptionally slow (if at all), making them very difficult to get.

The stats are conceived on a scale of 1-70 and break down like this:

01 - 09 = Incompetent. A character with a score in this range either doesn't understand what they're doing or doesn't know how to do what they're doing. This score provides the fewest options and outcomes will almost always be bad.

10 - 19 = Untrained A character with a score in this range knows what they want to do, but has no formal instruction on the matter. Natural aptitude can somewhat offset lack of knowledge, but outcomes are still relatively negative.

20 - 29 = Inexperienced A character with a score in this range has received a formal education on the matter at hand but hasn't put that training to practical use. Natural affinity can push negative results towards positive ones.

30 - 39 = Able A character with a score in this range can be considered capable or adequate, if unexceptional, in a particular field. Defeat is possible but uncommon, conversely victories are expected but usually not decisive.

40 - 49 = Impressive A character with a score in this range has displayed a remarkable aptitude in the past. Caution should be taken when engaging said character in this particular field. Defeat is rare and even when it does happen some form of victory can still be salvaged.

50 - 59 = Masterful A character with a score in this range is one of the best in the world. Feared, respected and avoided at nearly all costs, defeat is almost unheard of while victories are quick, decisive, and devastating.

60 - 69 = Legendary/Mythic A character with a score in this range is quite probably the greatest the world has ever seen. A hero the likes of Alexander the Great, Genghis Kahn, or Merlin the Magician.

70+ = Godlike Simply put, the only worthy opponents for such a character are gods. Maybe-a-talking-cat... BUT MOSTLY GODS!!! A score this high should be considered unreachable, or attainable only after a lifetime of experience.
