Chapter 2 by Aislutg Aislutg

Consider if you will…

… All or Nothing by Trisha

Mason and Mason operates as a highly prestigious and affluent international bank, headquartered in a massive skyscraper that houses hundreds of employees across multiple floors. The company employs numerous workers in roles such as “asset manager,” which are essentially elevated accounting positions, with employees working in cubicles in a competitive, high-pressure environment. The organization prides itself on a meritocratic culture, emphasizing “survival of the fittest” and conducting thorough background checks on new hires to ensure they meet the company’s high standards. The hierarchy is structured with ranked levels, where Level 9 is the lowest and Level 1 is the highest, reflecting a clear chain of command. A significant aspect of the company’s operations is its exclusive private club, the Getaway, located on the outskirts of town. This lavish, three-story building, surrounded by limousines and guarded by bouncers, serves as a venue for elite company gatherings. The Getaway features opulent interiors, including two bustling bars, an all-female band, a towering fountain with a statue, and a secretive underground arena, creating an atmosphere of wealth, power, and exclusivity.

Promotion Process

The promotion process at Mason and Mason is unconventional and ritualistic, centered around a secretive event held in the underground arena of the Getaway. Employees seeking advancement, such as moving from Level 9 to a higher level like Level 7, must participate in a physical contest observed by a large audience of company elites. The process begins with a ceremonial ritual where participants, stripped naked, are led into the arena by a robed figure chanting in a Latin-like language. Each participant offers their blood through a shallow cut on the wrist, symbolizing their submission to the company’s traditions. The contest itself is a wrestling match on a large, cushioned mat (approximately 60 feet by 60 feet), where the objective is to pin the opponent to the ground without striking. The arena, illuminated by thousands of overhead lights, resembles an amphitheater with tiered seating filled with spectators, creating an intense, almost gladiatorial atmosphere.

The outcome of the match determines the participants’ fates in a dramatic and permanent way. The winner secures the promotion and emerges physically enhanced, with significantly increased muscle mass, height, and overall stature, appearing more imposing and powerful than before. For example, a winner might gain a more chiseled physique, broader shoulders, and a commanding presence, making them appear almost superhuman compared to their previous form. They also gain a significant boost in intelligence, enhancing their cognitive abilities and strategic thinking, which aligns with the company’s emphasis on rewarding the “fittest.” Additionally, the winner gains absolute control over the loser, who becomes their subservient “****.”

The loser undergoes a profound and irreversible change, becoming a physically idealized woman with exaggerated feminine features. This new form is characterized by a slender, petite frame (e.g., approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall), long hair that grows unnaturally fast (e.g., flowing black locks), and pronounced curves, including large, prominent breasts and a shapely, rounded posterior. The loser’s former masculine traits, such as muscularity and body hair, are entirely erased, replaced by smooth, flawless skin and a stereotypically hyper-feminine appearance. Their voice transforms into a high-pitched, girlish tone, and they exhibit a submissive demeanor, compelled to obey the winner’s commands, often expressed through acts of sexual subservience. For instance, the loser might be seen adopting provocative poses, such as kneeling or crawling, and expressing enthusiasm for their new role, despite any initial distress. The crowd celebrates this outcome, viewing the loser’s new form as a trophy of the winner’s victory, and the event culminates in a public “consummation” where the winner asserts dominance, further reinforcing the power dynamic. The entire process is framed as a test of merit, with the winner’s enhanced form symbolizing their superiority and the loser’s transformation serving as a permanent reminder of their defeat.
