[Spoilers] Which branch to follow?

Don't want to go in blind? :) No problem! Here's a branch synopsis!

Stay Home follows Marty when he decides to stay home. This branch is shorter and moves action forward faster then the other choices. It features different sex scenes then other branches (for example blowjob vs tity-fuck), but ultimately ends in the same place as other branches.

Go to the university/clinic This branch starts a bit deceptively and a key decision is in fact if Marty takes the elevator or the stairs.
Elevator leads to the university classes, and Marty taking a PE class that ends up with him sucking off his entire class, bukkake, and ultimately in the nurses office.
Stairs lead to the university clinic, where Marty has two chances to break from the Goblin's spell, and decide his future.
