[Pink Basic] I leave (becoming a chaperone at the homecoming dance)

Victor is rather gentle in letting me go. I exit the house through the front door and with the distance between me and him increasing, I get a ping on my phone telling me to confirm whether my session with my client has finished. I press the buttons to confirm and the session on the app ends. Some time later, it will send me a tally of how much the client is due to pay plus any tips he may have added to my tab.

I sigh a breath of relief when I get back home and turn back into Charles. I refrain from using any more X-Change pills and logging into Fleshy until next week.

The weekdays go by as usual. In passing, I encounter Victor and the first time I see him, considering he is the only person who knows I am Charlene when I use X-Change pills, I get the jitters. He has the option to rat me out to my co-workers or even just to make a vague hint of something that creates an awkward moment. But he treats me like a fellow worker, not even like as a new guy who got hired a couple months ago. The initial tingly feeling fades. Since we are in different departments, there is not many opportunities where we are alone, not that he is on the lookout for such moments to say anything significant to me about my alter-ego.

The week after my session with Victor, I'm approached to attent the upcoming homecoming dance on Friday, as a chaperone of course. My only duty is to watch the students and make sure nothing inappropriate goes down at the dance.

Once the homecoming dance has arrived, I have changed out of my work clothes, refreshed and wearing a modest semi-formal attire. I'm glad to see Victor there as a chaperone too and he's also dressed similarly. We take turns standing out of the way of the students, letting them be. Nothing inappropriate happens and the crowning of homecoming king and queen proceed with no delays as well. On a position change, when i get to my new spot, someone says, "Hey, want a drink, Sir?"
