Gill is a half-elf in his mid twenties. The illegitimate son of an elven adventurer who passed through Hollowstone, he has always felt like a bit of an outsider within the community. He works at the quarry and has pushed himself hard to prove his commitment, hoping for greater acceptance.

Gill is just under six foot tall with a broad, muscular build. He has tan skin, short black hair, and is clean shaven. The delicate quality of his elven features offsets his physical size and strength. As a half-elf, he has a degree of natural resistance to charm, and Athisz may have underestimated the difficulty of keeping him controlled in the long term. Perhaps partly because of these residual misgivings, he is the one to challenge Lux on her arrival.

Rosabel is a human in her late twenties. She is one of the village’s doctors and surgeons – a crucial role given the dangerous nature of work at the quarry. Her position is held in both respect and superstition, leaving her a little isolated, and somewhat sheltered. She is attracted to Gill, but has never told him.

Rosabel is about 5’ 4” with a slim build. She has shoulder-length dirty blonde hair and pale blue eyes. As her intelligence and training made her more of a threat, Athisz has had her marked with a tattoo that helps to suppress independent thoughts. She is very excited about welcoming Lux into the community.
