[Meta] Changelog

This is a changelog to detail changes to the story, such as continuity or story edits (which will usually show up as blue in the story map) as well as spelling and grammar edits (which will usually be hidden changes, as to not show up as blue).

If you see an error or inconsistency, please comment on the chapter in question! I will correct even the smallest mistakes, so don't hold back!
