Knowledge and Insight. Unbelievable sights, horrors, and pleasures. Those experiences that linger in your mind – those that you can speak anyway.
Wise Words are usually used to engage in acts of writing and speaking; from adding flair to mundane reports to discussing the Things That Are Revealed At Sea. They may also be used to upgrade your skills. It may be wise to save one or two for rare opportunities, but they can (and should) otherwise be freely spent.
