[LOG] Supplies reconsidered

Supplies are the things that keep your ship running. The consumption of food, fuel and sundry is not tracked at a fixed rate but Supplies decrease as the story demands – or is spent during certain decisions.

Falling below half Supplies, especially early during a journey, might be risky but Supplies above that can and should be freely spent. There also might be opportunities to refresh your Supplies while out at Sea.

Since Supplies should be spent in a variety of situations, I have doubled the amount of Supply you have – think of this as using smaller portions rather than new bread and oil growing from nothing.
