A measure of the Sea’s Fey effects on your mind and that of your crew. Low Sanity can cause nightmares which may cause further loss of sanity. At 0 Sanity your mind will be completely, irreparably lost. (Don't let that happen.)

Can be restored by indulging in a variety of vices while on land, and is lost by witnessing horrific sights, mental strain, or by darker influence yet.
