[Fighting The Resistance: Spy on your Neighbors, Report Them!]

This pamphlet talks about "The Resistance", a group of religious extremist terrorists who are rabidly opposed to the free economy of the city and trying to overthrow the government. They are the enemies of all left-thinking and bad people of the city who should be stopped by whatever means necessary. The Mayor's office, therefore, offers a reward of 1000 Klaives for anyone who exposes a Resistance sympathizer and 40,000 for anyone who gives information leading to the arrest of an actual Resistance member by the Watches or Vigilance Committees. Several basic tricks for spying on your neighbors are demonstrated, but at the end, there is a warning: false reports will be punished with an equally high fine and/or sentencing to fight in the 'Damned Arena'...
