[Duty-Bound] Explain to Liens that Geod made her lactate for a reason

Your interest in the saintesses was purely rooted in your mission from the church and Geod: you needed to produce an heir who would go on to be the kingdom's savior. Any indignities you had to suffer, any hardships along the way, even personal embarrassment, were all mere potholes in the road-- barely worth considering. Just as you were prepared for those sorts of obstacles, you needed your saintesses to be prepared to cross those bridges upon coming to them.

Liens didn't seem to be a woman of faith, but even she had to admit that regardless of whether Geod was a figure fitting of worship, he had some hand in her path as a saintess. Even if she didn't claim to serve Him, that didn't mean that Geod wasn't using her for His purposes. In fact, her saintess mark was proof of that. You explained to her that her ability to produce milk also went hand in hand with this.

"Huh? You're free to think what you want but. Not me. I don't believe in grand design. Purposeful conception. Etcetera. I don't think Geod decides which women happen to make breastmilk," she countered. "Why would he do that, anyway? Unless he's just a perv. That part I could believe."

You told her that Geod's grand design could be found even here. Liens had opposed His instructions and expressed no desire to be a mother, yet even still, she was capable of producing milk. Even if she managed to bypass the sexual aspect of childbirth, or even the actual pregnancy portion of it, she was still capable of making milk to feed the Hero of Legend who might be born. Geod had gifted her natural abilities in that service! This was really no different than Sister Rosary's supernatural Geodsight.

"Eyuck. That's actually creeping me out even more than I had been," Liens shivered, crossing both arms across her chest as if worried the invisible creator of all life was going to start sucking her tits Himself. "Sorry. I get the sense you're uh. A guy who's devoted. To his religion. I should probably ease up," she admitted, dropping her arms back to her sides and averting her eyes. "Fine. I know I'm uh. Already asking a lot of you as a squire. Not letting you fuck me. So this is the least I can do."

In the end, she seemed to soften up a bit. There wasn't a religious bone in her body, but she didn't seem like the type who wanted to get in the way of your beliefs. Geod's wisdom was shown again: regardless of her prickly demeanor or her unique views towards Geod Himself, Liens was a model saintess!
