There Are many classes of items which are valuable to young gods. (And Some Older Ones.)

The most obvious are the various bits that allow them to create new mortal races, such as Soul Form Components, Soul Form Bases, Soul Essences, and Echo Crystals.

Then, of course, there are Primal Icons and Primal Essences, which allow gods to gain their Portfolios.

After all of that, you have things like "God-Shards" which can be used in making divine gear and the various rare Reagents for producing Soul Essences and Primal Essences.
