Description: Tora is an above-average height, feminine-built woman with long legs, a very tight buzz-cut, a small golden tongue stud and Asiatic features. She is wrapped in an elaborate sheath of tattoos from her biceps and upper breasts stretching all the way around her back and down to her upper thighs. This complex design is primary of red lotuses with green leaves, accented in gold over a field of black, as well as two serpents formed from neon ink and inlaid circuitry and a huge horned oni mask on her back, its cybernetic teeth forming a stylized abacus. She has visible inlaid circuitry along her right cheek, around her forearms and from her mid spine to the base of her skull. The middle, ring and little fingers of her left hand have been severed and replaced with matte-black cybernetics. She favors a hand-tailored Ginza suit jacket in black lizardskin with either a crisp dress shirt and tie or nothing but a snug sarashi underneath, along with slim-fit black dress pants and polysteel-toed moto boots. An attache case sometimes carries her cyberdeck, but the cybernetics in her tattoo allow for remote access of its tech files in either case.
Personality: A blooded and policy-holding member of the Hoken Dantai Insurance Syndicate, Tora has sworn sacred oaths to stay above petty crime, pay out all legitimate claims, punish all fraudulent ones, and never take up smoking or hang gliding. Earning the moniker "Triplicate" when she, tasked with the ancient ritual of cutting her pinky in a display of devotion, cut three fingers to comply with proper filing practices, she is a hardened gangster and a shameless statistics nerd all at once. Assigned the mission of growing the few outlier policies held within Megacity Montalban into a full-fledged branch office, Tora possesses cool resolve, the Devil's instinct for percentages, and all of the receipts.
