In most cases, the same lists can be used, as long as the writer swaps 'men' and 'women' around when appropriate. However, some specific fetishes may need some more drastic changes. For instance:

• Polynesian men will be able to cum easily, and in much greater quantities, than most men.
• Any nationality that involves getting pregnant in some way will be reversed to having a fetish for impregnating women.
