(Zia's Rewrite/Alternate start)

(This branch will mostly be similar/the same as Nanodemon69's, with a few changes here and there, it will still involve **** and harem and maybe some **** proportions, so be ready for it)

After testing it on the female employees, it only made sense for Tom to do some more... **** changes.

But first, some safety
New rule: "I, Tom, is the true owner of the Rulebook and always will be"
New rule: "Only the owner of the Rulebook can open the Rulebook"
New rule: "The owner can summon the Rulebook wherever he wants, whenever he wants"

Now... For the fun stuff. Tom has always wanted a harem for himself. Multiple girls all equally in love with him as they are with each other.

Old rule: "Tom is always male no matter how the reality around him changes"

Old rule: "In average, around 4 girls are born for every boy"
That sounds like a reasonable number right?

Old rule: "Every girl is at least at some level Bisexual"
Can’t have his harem without his girls loving each other!

Old rule: "There exists a unique (but harmless) mutation among girls that make them have animal-like features such as cat ears, fox ears, dog ears, etc. This mutation currently affects ~30% of all girls"
Tom always thought kemonomimi and animal girls are hot, though he’s not particularly into anthros

Old rule: "Everyone above 18 years old will always look their most attractive self and be at their healthiest self. This does not alter things like skin colour, height, weight etc, only someone’s attractiveness"
Tom is a believer of “every girl is beautiful”. He wants his plus sized girls, his tall muscly girls, short petite girls, and everything in between.

Tom can see the cafe around him change drastically. What used to be filled with mostly guys in suits opening their laptops now replaced with career women doing the same. Some of the waiters now mostly turned into waitresses, (still topless from his old rule, maybe he should undo that).
