(Off-Story) WitheredTulip Story Direction and Notes

Hi! WitheredTulip here. I'm continuing this story route from Corbenduover, with a slightly different vision and spin on the PokeSlut world. To that end, I felt I need to make this before I continue.

I'm changing a couple things with the story's setup.

Firstly: "the women in this Pokemon universe are not seen as equals to their male counter parts"

This is not true within the confines of my story. While female trainers are naturally at more risk on the road due to societal and biological differences (i mean, if you're impregnated, your run is basically over, huh), the idea of sexual forfeits is a bit more open-ended. In replacement of the system in the opening thread, battle forfeits will work a bit more freely: trainers will be able to demand something of their defeated opponent. These can be sexual, monetary, and so on. Enslavement is a touchy subject, and while (spoiler: my story will touch up on that as an idea), claiming it as a forfeit is generally not allowed.

Secondly: "Information about Amber: Bust: F" No, I'm sorry, this isn't happening. Part of me has a vision for Amber, and I want to eventually provide self-drawn visual arts to the story. I am not drawing a version of Amber that feels like she belongs in a hostess bar. It's just, not what I envision for Amber as an author, and feels incredibly off. I'm not entirely sure on what her size will be, but no larger than D. At some point, I feel like if your breasts are too large, they become an inconvenience, a hazard. Maybe that's just me being a male and not understanding how large-breasted women handle their breasts, but as a writer, I'm dodging that bullet here and now.

Thirdly: Dress Code - While I don't have too much of a problem with what she's previously dressed in, I plan to dress her in more practical attire, mirroring the female protagonist from the Pokemon Games more. It's just more practical.

Fourth: I mentioned using AI to write some chapters. This was true, but as of 01/06/2025, it is no longer the case. Chapters will take longer to release, but every single one will be hand-written without AI. Chapters written by me before this date using AI will also be edited - as priority - to remove the generative AI touch. I don't know what I was thinking using AI, but it's really bad at writing, and I realise that now. Even if what I produce is worse, it's mine, and more importantly, it's good practice.

Fifth: SMUT scenes. Not sure how I want to handle them overall. This is a fanfic parodying Pokemon, most of us are here for sex. But I'm here to write a story in a semi-cutthroat world, one that has sex in it. Of course, that's not what the target audience here wants, and appealing to a target audience is a skill I need to learn.

In general, I have plans for Amber to generally be dominant, though there is one point in the story (that I won't share, but it's sooner rather than later) where there will be a split, and Amber's path will branch (so two stories!), where the other one will be much more of a switch. I've got story ideas to keep both paths interesting, one being a power fantasy laced with a strong rivalry, the other being a rollercoaster of unexpected outcomes.

Anyway, the question is, how frequently do you expect your SMUT scenes. Should I label all chapters with SMUT scenes with [SMUT] before? Like, for example, say Amber finishes something up in Viridian City (which is where my current plot left off). I have an idea for a trainer battle in Viridian Forest, which would then head on to Pewter City, but like, for Pewter -> Cerulean, I don't have any SMUT ideas for Mt. Moon (instead plot development). I could make a SMUT scene, but it would take away from the plan.

Should I insert these SMUT scenes whenever I can, or just whenever I feel the story should benefit from them? Ultimately, it is a porn parody, so there will be ample SMUT regardless of which option is chosen. But, as Amber goes through Kanto, there might be spells with light teasing but no actual sexual content. I'm just not sure trainer battles every 2-3 chapters is interesting, and Blue's path is very meticulously planned. Won't it be repetitive? I don't know what the expectation here is, so I want to hear from readers.

Also, are there any kinks you're interested in? F/X will be the most common occurence in the story, with Amber being the dominant party (because even if the switch path is 25% dom, 75% sub, that's still 82% dom across all my content right?), but there'll be room for all sorts. Let me know what you're interested in within the comments, and I'll consider it.

Throughout June, I'll be editing previous chapters (from 'Maybe Meatballs' [god that name needs changing] to 'Viridian City') to be written without AI influence.
