Nate chuckled, and cleared his throat loudly, making everyone turn to him curiously. He then made a show of coughing in hopes that people would think that it was a joke.
"Uh... Okay... Uh... Well... I'm a bit embarrassed here... I mean... I'm eighteen years old, I'm going into college, and I'm still a virgin." He announced proudly. Everyone gasped and stared at him with looks of shock on their faces.
Ms. Peyama was the first to react, laughing so hard that she nearly fell off her chair.
"You can't be serious! Are you trying to be funny...?" She asked, still chuckling. "I thought only Gretchen had trouble losing her v-virginity...?"
"Mom!"
"It's true! It's a fact!" Nate blurted out, trying to ignore what Ms. Peyama just said.
Everyone looked at each other in confusion before looking back at Nate again. Ms. Peyama had tears streaming down her face and her eyes were squinted shut as she kept on laughing loudly. His dad looked amused too.
"Well," Ms. Peyama said finally wiping her eyes dry. "I guess you don't have anything to hide... I guess you're innocent after all... You poor little angel!"
She burst out in laughter again.
Nate looked at his sister and his father who were both smirking at him, enjoying seeing his embarrassment. He felt a wave of shame as he continued eating without Gretchen taking her eyes off of him. She must have seen that he was naked at this point because she was still staring at him with wide eyes. She didn't say anything though; she was too embarrassed herself, as she hadn't known he was a virgin either, and was probably afraid to bring it up lest her drunken mother made fun of her again.
"Look, sweetie," Ms. Peyama said, fluttering her eyes, "if you really want to lose your virginity, I'd love to help out my friend's son..."
"Uh... Thank you, Ms. Peyama." Nate stammered quietly. Ms. Peyama winked at him as she continued laughing uncontrollably. He felt a tingle of excitement run up his spine when he looked at her beautiful breasts bouncing up and down as she laughed.
He looked around at everyone else at the table. His dad seemed very pleased by this offer and his mom had a huge grin on her face. As for his sister, she was still looking at him strangely and shaking her head slowly as she tried not to laugh out loud.
When dinner was almost finished, another card was pushed into Nate's hand. It read: 'ask Ms. Peyama if your penis can please a woman, while rubbing it in her face'. Nate groaned audibly when he looked down and saw the words written on the card.
