What does Meghan pick?

Meghan did not want to walk around wearing a diaper, so she just sat in her chair and glared at her brother. The pressure on her bladder grew worse and worse.
"Drink up," said Greg. He pointed to her iced tea.
She sighed and took a sip.
The food arrived, and Greg dug in while Meghan clenched her thighs and stared her at her kiddy meal.
"Eat, but with your hands," said Greg.
"Are you serious?"
"Want me to print out that photo and send copies to every frat on your campus?"
While still glaring at her brother, Meghan took a handful of the mac and cheese and ate it.
"I'll be right back," said Greg. He got up as if he was going to the bathroom. He quietly walked behind his sister and poked her under the ribs with his fingers.
Meghan yelped loudly and lost control of her bladder.
